Explanation of responses
- F1Updated to correct the number of securities received and beneficially owned following the reported transaction. Due to an administrative error, the number of securities received and beneficially owned was reported incorrectly in the original filing. The Reporting Person received an aggregate of 15,990 restricted stock units, which, if eligible, shall become fully vested and exercisable on the day prior to the Issuer's 2016 annual shareholder meeting (but in no event later than December 31, 2016), subject to Reporting Person's continued services to the Issuer through such date. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Stock.
