Explanation of responses
- F1On June 16, 2026, the Reporting Persons exercised a pre-funded warrant to purchase 11,332,020 shares of common stock for $0.002385 per share. The Reporting Persons paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in the withholding of 24,720 of the warrant shares to pay the exercise price and issuing to the Reporting Persons the remaining 11,307,300 shares.
