Explanation of responses
- F1Pursuant to the terms of the Severance Benefit Agreement between the Reporting Person and Archrock, Inc., vesting was accelerated for those restricted shares scheduled to vest within 12 months following the Reporting Person's December 31, 2015 retirement from Archrock. The shares were awarded under the Archrock, Inc. 2007 Amended and Restated Stock Incentive Plan and 2013 Stock Incentive Plan. Issuer withheld the maximum allowable shares to satisfy the tax withholding obligations associated with the vesting of shares.
