Explanation of responses
- F1It was previously reported that 37,120,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer would be issued to Mr. Paolucci in the event Mr. Paolucci exercised his conversion rights in and to $185,600 in debt. The debt was convertible into shares of common stock at the conversion rate of $0.005 per share. A portion of the debt was repaid in cash in the amount of $86,939.69 and the remaining debt plus accrued interest was converted into 37,120,000 shares.
