Explanation of responses
- F1Represents receipt by Ms. Li's spouse of a semi-annual director's fee for the first half of 2016.
- F2Includes 1,500,000 shares of common stock issuable upon the vesting of Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) awards, of which 750,000 were granted in May 2015 and 750,000 were granted in March 2016. Each of the RSU awards vest in four equal annual installments commencing on the first anniversary of the grant date. The reporting person is not entitled to receive the shares of common stock underlying the RSUs, and has no rights of a shareholder with respect thereto, prior to vesting.
