Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the Issuer's common shares subject to restricted share units (RSUs) award granted to the Reporting Person for services on the Board of Directors of the Issuer under the Issuer's 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The RSUs will vest on the same dates that the annual grants made to the directors at the preceding general annual shareholders meeting vest, with the number of shares vesting on each vesting date pro rata based on the period of service.
