- F1On December 20, 2017, ChromaDex Corporation (the "Company") and Robert Fried entered into an amendment (the "Amendment") to Mr. Fried's existing Executive Employment Agreement, dated March 12, 2017. In connection with the Amendment, the Company granted to Mr. Fried 333,333 shares of restricted Common Stock pursuant to the Company's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, which shares are fully-vested.
