Remarks
This Form 4/A amends Mr. Eshleman's most recently filed Form 4 in order to account for his 3,500 directly held common shares of Energy Fuels Inc. (the remainder of the directly held common shares on this Form 4/A are representative of Restricted Stock Units, or "RSUs," previously reported). Such shares were held prior to Mr. Eshleman becoming an insider of the Company; however, they were inadvertently omitted from his filings until now. This Form 4/A is filed in conjunction with a Form 3/A amending Mr. Eshleman's initial equity holdings.
