F1Each Share of Class A Common Stock was issued upon conversion of one share of Class B Common Stock.
F2This restates the number of shares to correct a scrivener's error in the number of shares previously reported by the Reporting Person.
F3The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on June 13, 2017.
F4Reflects weighted average sale price. Actual sale prices ranged from $48.30 to $49.25 on January 10, 2017. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares purchased or sold at each separate price.
