Explanation of responses
- F1Pursuant to the execution of the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement on July 8, 2013, restricted units were granted on January 1, 2014 and January 1, 2015. Each restricted unit was subject to vesting in three equal annual installments, with the first vesting date being January 1, 2015 and January 1, 2016, respectively, and each subsequent vesting date occurring on each annual anniversary of the first vesting date. On January 1, 2016, Britt Pence elected to dispose a net down number of units back to the Company.
