Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted Stock Unit Award made pursuant to the terms of the Vanguard Natural Resources, Inc. 2017 Management Incentive Plan. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive one share of Common Stock. The RSUs shall vest ratably on the first three anniversaries of the Grant Date, subject to Mr. Albert's continued service through the applicable vesting date. Settlement of the RSUs will be at the earliest of: (i) Mr. Albert's separation from service or (ii) a change in control event.
