Explanation of responses
- F1These warrants were acquired by the Reporting Person in connection with the Subscription Agreement between the Reporting Person and the Issuer dated as of September 10, 2012, pursuant to which the Issuer issued to Reporting Person a Convertible Promissory Note and Warrants. The Convertible Promissory Note (the "Note") was amended and restated on December 4, 2014 and the warrants reported above were issued in connection with the amendment and restatement of the Note.
