Explanation of responses
- F1In accordance with the Stock Unit Award Agreement dated January 21, 2016, the reporting person was granted 27,329 performance-based restricted stock units which vested 100% on March 3, 2017, the date the Compensation Committee determined that the performance metrics were met. These restricted stock units converted to common stock on a one-for-one basis upon vesting.
