- F1On February 13, 2019, the Issuer entered into an asset purchase agreement with the Reporting Person, Seevolution, Inc. (the "Asset Purchase Agreement"). On February 14, 2019, in connection with the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Reporting Person received 2,000,000 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer as partial consideration for the acquisition of the certain assets of Seevolution, Inc.
