- F1Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.
- F2The Restricted Stock Units are scheduled to vest on February 24, 2019, provided the reporting person continues to be a director of the Issuer on that date, except that if he dies prior to the vesting date the Restricted Stock Units will vest in full on the date of death.
