Explanation of responses
- F1On December 7, 2012, the reporting person was granted 25,880 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") vesting in two installments; 12,940 RSUs vesting on December 7, 2013 and 12,940 RSUs vesting on December 7, 2014. Subsequently, the Compensation Committee made the determinations to satisfy the RSU award by delivering common shares rather than cash.
