Explanation of responses
- F1The option award shall vest in a series of forty-eight (48) successive, equal monthly installments beginning on April 15, 2018, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer on the applicable vesting dates.
- F2Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Zogenix common stock.
- F3The restricted stock units shall vest as to 1/4th of the original number of shares subject to the restricted stock unit award on the one-year anniversary of the date of grant, and thereafter as to 1/4th of the original number of shares subject to the restricted stock unit award on each of the following three anniversaries, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer on the applicable vesting dates.
