("Rennova") (f/k/a/ CollabRx, Inc.) in exchange for 81,928 shares of Rennova common stock, based upon an exchange ratio of 0.4096377408003329. SS International Consulting, Ltd. is wholly-owned by Mr. Sainsbury.
- F2Cancelled pursuant to merger agreement and related transactions among Medytox, Merger Sub and Rennova.
