- F1On June 8, 2016, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Green Brick Partners, Inc. (the "Issuer") granted 13,531 shares of restricted common stock to Elizabeth Blake pursuant to the Issuer's 2014 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The shares of restricted common stock vest in full on the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the date of grant of the shares of restricted common stock or (ii) the date of the Issuer's 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, provided that Ms. Blake is then serving on the Issuer's Board of Directors.
