Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an annual restricted stock unit ("RSU") award pursuant to the Issuer's Outside Director Compensation Policy. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. 100% of the RSUs will vest on the earlier of (i) twelve months from date of grant (i.e. June 25, 2027) or (ii) the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders.
