Explanation of responses
- F1Represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the issuer's 2014 Equity Inducement Plan. The shares underlying these restricted stock units vest over a period of three years, with 33% of the shares vesting on December 4, 2015, and the remainder vesting in equal quarterly installments thereafter such that the award will be fully vested on December 4, 2017, subject to the reporting person's continuous service with the issuer as of the applicable vesting date, and subject to accelerated vesting in specified circumstances. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the issuer.
