- F2The shares reported are held of record collectively by Vivo Ventures Fund V, L.P., Vivo Ventures V Affiliates Fund, L.P., Vivo Ventures Fund VI, L.P. and Vivo Ventures VI Affiliates Fund, L.P. (the "Vivo Funds"). Dr. Kung is the managing partner of Vivo Ventures. As a result, Dr. Kung may be deemed the beneficial owner of the shares of common stock owned collectively by the Vivo Funds. Dr. Kung hereby disclaims any beneficial ownership of any shares directly held by the Vivo Funds, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
