Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with Mr. Reigersman's appointment as the Company's CFO in December 2017, Mr. Reigersman was granted 175,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LFGR common stock upon vesting. Subject to Mr. Reigersman's continued employment through the applicable vesting date, 43,750 RSUs shall vest on December 15, 2018, and the remaining 131,250 RSUs shall vest in 36 substantially equal installments on each monthly anniversary thereafter
