Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Sanders was granted 45,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with his continued employment with Leaf Group Ltd. ("LFGR"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LFGR common stock upon vesting. Subject to Mr. Sanders's continued employment through the vesting date, one-third (1/3) of the RSUs will vest on March 1, 2019 and the remaining two-thirds (2/3) of the RSUs will vest in 24 substantially equal installments on each monthly anniversary thereafter.
