Explanation of responses
- F1Ms. Glaser was granted 65,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with her continuing employment with Leaf Group Ltd. ("LFGR"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LFGR common stock upon vesting. Subject to Ms. Glaser's continued employment through the applicable vesting dates, (i) 1/3 of the RSUs will vest on March 1, 2018 and (ii) the remaining 2/3 of the RSUs will vest in 24 substantially equal installments on each monthly anniversary thereafter.
