Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with Mr. Wergeles's appointment as the Company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Mr. Wergeles was granted 100,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LFGR common stock upon vesting. Subject to Mr. Wergeles's continued employment through the vesting date, 25,000 RSUs shall vest on May 2, 2019, and the remaining 75,000 RSUs shall vest monthly for thirty-six (36) months on each monthly anniversary thereafter.
