Explanation of responses
- F1On February 26, 2016 Mr. Moriarty was granted 150,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with his continued employment with Demand Media, Inc. ("DMD"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of DMD common stock upon vesting. Subject to Mr. Moriarty's continued employment through each applicable vesting date, (i) one-third of the RSUs will vest on March 1, 2017 and (ii) the remaining two-thirds of the RSUs will vest in 8 substantially equal installments on each 3-month anniversary thereafter.
