F1Pursuant to the Company's Outside Director Compensation Program, as updated in May 2015, Mr. Quandt was granted 6,229 restricted stock units ("RSUs") after the conclusion of the Company's 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock upon vesting. Subject to Mr. Quandt's continued service on the Company's board of directors (the "Board") through the applicable vesting date, these RSUs will vest in twelve (12) substantially equal installments on each three-month anniversary of the grant date.
