Explanation of responses
- F1Ms. Campistron was granted 12,976 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with her continuing employment. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of DMD common stock upon vesting. Subject to Ms. Campistron's continued employment through the vesting date, (i) 10,000 of the RSUs shall vest in three (3) substantially equal annual installments commencing on March 1, 2016, and (ii) 2,976 of the RSUs shall vest in full on February 15, 2016.
