- F1The reporting person was granted 200,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") in connection with the reporting person's continued employment with Leaf Group Ltd. ("LEAF"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LEAF common stock upon vesting. Subject to the reporting person's continued employment through the vesting date, one-third (1/3) of the RSUs will vest on March 1, 2020, and the remaining two-thirds (2/3) of the RSUs will vest in 24 substantially equal installments on each monthly anniversary thereafter.
