- F1The Right Trust sold 741,735 shares (the "Shares") in a private transaction on March 4, 2016 in which the trust transferred the Shares to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, which thereafter transferred the shares to the CPPIB Epsilon Ontario Limited Partnership. CPPIB Epsilon Ontario Trust is general partner of CPPIB Epsilon Ontario Limited Partnership.
