- F1On March 11, 2016, the reporting person was granted Performance Share Units (the "PSU's"). The PSU's, which vested as of December 31, 2018, were subject to the reporting person's continued employment by the Company and the achievement of specific performance criteria, as determined by the Compensation Committee. Effective February 8, 2019, the Compensation Committee determined the performance criteria had been achieved.
