- F1Each Time Vested Restricted Stock Unit ("TV RSU") represents the right to receive one share of ORBCOMM Inc. common stock or its cash equivalent. The number of TV RSUs was determined by dividing $80,000 by the closing price of Company common stock on June 15, 2018 of $10.32 per share, pro-rated for the number of days between Ms. Gould's election to the Board of Directors on June 15, 2018 and December 31, 2018. The TV RSUs vest on January 1, 2019.
