Explanation of responses
- F1The vesting of phantom units on January 15, 2015 resulted in a net gain of 30375 directly held common units. To cover the cost of taxes associated with this vesting, the issuer withheld 8624 common units.
- F2Each phantom unit was the economic equivalent of one EVEP common unit at the close of business on the vesting date.
- F3DSEA II, LP, is a limited partnership of which Mr. Houser and his wife manage the general partner. Mr. Houser disclaims beneficial ownership of the common units held by DSEA II, LP except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
