Explanation of responses
- F1In addition to the gift of 300,000 shares reported by this line item, the total number of shares owned by the reporting shareholder has been adjusted in two particulars when compared to the total number of shares held as reported in the reporting shareholder's last Form 4 filed on February 10, 2016. First, it has been increased by 22,463 shares which were held by the reporting shareholder's spouse and for which he is the beneficial owner and which were not accounted for prior hereto. Second, it has adjusted down by 9,950 shares which was necessary for the reporting shareholder to record an accurate number of total shares owned. It is unknown to the reporting shareholder when or how this error in the total number of shares crept in to the calculation.
