- F1On June 26, 2017 the Issuer entered into a Subscription Agreement with Mr. Leonard Schiller pursuant to which Mr. Schiller loaned the Issuer $30,000 and Mr. Schiller received a 10% Unsecured Note and a warrant to purchase 22,500 shares of the Issuer's common stock at an exercise price of $0.20 per share.
