Explanation of responses
- F1On February 7, 2017 the Issuer entered into a Subscription Agreement with Mr. Leonard Schiller pursuant to which Mr. Schiller paid the Issuer $10,000 and Mr. Schiller received a 10% Unsecured Note and a warrant to purchase 10,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock.
