Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with the closing of the merger (the "Merger") of Brekford Merger Sub, Inc. into Brekford Traffic Safety, Inc. (the "Company") each share of the Company's common stock owned by the Reporting Person ceased to exist and the Reporting Person received one share of the common stock of Novume Solutions, Inc. for each 15 shares share of the Company's common stock owned by the Reporting Person and a cash payment for any fractional shares. As a result of the Merger the Reporting Person no longer owns shares of the Company's common stock.
- F2In connection with the closing of the Merger the options beneficially owned by the Reporting Person were assumed by Novume and converted into an option to purchase shares of Novume's common stock and as a result the Reporting Person no longer owns any options to purchase shares of the Company's common stock.
