Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted Share Units ("RSU's"). The Reporting Person is entitled to receive one (1) ordinary share for each one (1) RSU.
- F2RSU's shall vest at a rate of 12/48th of the original number of shares on May 1, 2017, and thereafter at a rate of 3/48th of the original number of shares on the first day of each quarterly period of August, November, February and May commencing on August 1, 2017, with the last 3/48th of the original number of shares vesting on May 1, 2020 so long as reporting person remains an officer or employee of the Company.
