Explanation of responses
- F1This amendment is being filed to correct an error in the footnotes of the reporting person's Form 4 filed on December 1, 2017. In footnote 1, the original Form 4 inadvertently reported that shares were sold. This amendment corrects that error and clarifies that the shares were purchased by the reporting person. One line in the original filing has been restated without restating the original footnotes in order to gain access to the filing system.
