Explanation of responses
- F1Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Stock.
- F2The RSU shall vest in equal quarterly installments, at a rate of 1/16th of the RSU on the quarterly anniversary of the March 1, 2017 (the "Vesting Commencement Date") and 1/16th of the RSU on each quarterly anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date thereafter for so long as the Reporting Person provides continuous service to the Issuer, such that the RSU shall be fully vested on the four-year anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date.
