F1On September 8, 2016, Bessemer Venture Partners VIII L.P. ("BVP VIII") and Bessemer Venture Partners VIII Institutional L.P. ("BVP VIII Inst" and together with BVP VIII, the "Funds") sold 4,635 and 5,575 shares, respectively, of Common Stock of the Issuer at a weighted average sale price of $24.09930 per share.
F2After the above transaction, BVP VIII owned 431,432 shares and BVP VIII Inst owned 518,860 shares.
