F1On August 9, 2016, Bessemer Venture Partners VIII L.P. ("BVP VIII") and Bessemer Venture Partners VIII Institutional L.P. ("BVP VIII Inst" and together with BVP VIII, the "Funds") sold 45,400 and 54,600 shares, respectively, of Common Stock of the Issuer at a sale price of $23.501 per share.
F2After the above transaction, BVP VIII owned 884,664 shares and BVP VIII Inst owned 1,063,938 shares.
