- F1On June 6, 2016, Bessemer Venture Partners VIII L.P. ("BVP VIII") and Bessemer Venture Partners VIII Institutional L.P. ("BVP VIII Inst" and together with BVP VIII, the "Funds") sold 181,600 and 218,400 shares, respectively, of Common Stock of the Issuer at a sale price of $17.60 per share.
- F2After the above transaction, BVP VIII owned 1,053,582 shares and BVP VIII Inst owned 1,267,087 shares.
- F3Mr. Deeter is a director of Deer VIII & Co. Ltd. ("Deer VIII Ltd"), the general partner of Deer VIII & Co. L.P. ("Deer VII LP"), the general partner of the Funds.
