Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Huntley was granted a total of 500,000 restricted stock units on January 1, 2016, of which 300,000 restricted stock units were subject to and contingent upon receipt of stockholder approval in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Issuer's Restricted Stock Plan. Issuer's stockholders approved the grant of the additional 300,000 restricted stock units on May 19, 2016. Each unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer. The aggregate restricted stock units vest in four equal installments on March 23, 2016, June 23, 2016, September 23, 2016 and December 19, 2016. Mr. Huntley reported the grant of 200,000 restricted stock units not subject to stockholder approval on January 5, 2015.
