Explanation of responses
- F1TFG Radiant Investment Group Ltd. entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with the Issuer on June 10, 2015 to purchase 1,000,000 shares of common stock. The closing of the issuance, purchase and sale of 500,000 shares will occur no later than June 30, 2015. The issuance, purchase and sale of an additional 500,000 shares will occur on or before July 17, 2015. The Form 4 filed June 11, 2015 erroneously indicated that the initial purchase had occurred.
