- F1Mr. Sadrian is a Partner of Warburg Pincus & Co. ("Warburg Pincus") and a Member and Managing Director of Warburg Pincus LLC ("WP LLC"). Certain affiliates of Warburg Pincus and WP LLC manage investment funds (the "WP Funds") that hold Common Stock of the Issuer and may be deemed to beneficially own the Common Stock of the Issuer held by the WP Funds. This report does not include any securities of the Issuer held by any of the WP Funds or that may be deemed to be beneficially owned by any Warburg Pincus investment managers or investment advisers affiliated with the WP Funds, which Mr. Sadrian previously reported but does not beneficially own, and Mr. Sadrian disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities.
