The corrected total includes a previously unreported acquisition of 11,875 shares on or about June 20, 2013 through a conversion of warrants that were issued as a component of Units issued as of June 25, 2010 pursuant to the rights offering of General Finance Corporation. These shares were also omitted from all Form 4s filed by the Reporting Person subsequent to the initial acquisition on or about June 20, 2013.
