Explanation of responses
- F1The restricted stock was awarded on November 3, 2016 and vests in three equal installments on October 17, 2017, October 17, 2018 and October 17, 2019, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment or service relationship with the Issuer through each such vesting date. Vested shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person within thirty (30) days following the vesting date.
