Explanation of responses
- F1On December 15, 2017, the reporting person pursuant to a power of substitution withdrew 12,985 shares of common stock from a grantor irrevocable trust for which two of his siblings are trustees and his children are beneficiaries. In exchange for the shares, the reporting person contributed to the trust assets of equal value. The transfer increases the number of shares the reporting person directly beneficially owns through a revocable trust.
